In CoD: Mobile, does using a controller result in a ban?
Using a controller in Call of Duty: Mobile won’t get you banned, so don’t be concerned! The developer fully supports the use of gamepads.
Nevertheless, the official CoD: Mobile website warns: “Players will be matched with other players who are also using a controller. As long as one of your party members plays with a controller, you will be paired with other controller-using players.
